A Federal High Court (15) presided over by His Lordship, Hon. Justice Oriji will on Monday 24th of January deliver judgement on the 250 Million Naira damages suit instituted in 2009 by the Incorporated Trustees of Peace Corps of Nigeria (PCN) against the Nigerian Police over the unlawful invasion of the PCN Office on 1st October, 2009 and the subsequent proscription of the Organization – an action the Federal High Court has already declared illegal, null and void.
