The National Commandant, Peace Corps of Nigeria, Dr. Dickson Akoh,  on behalf of the management and Officers of the Corps congratulate all Muslim faithful as they celebrate Sallah

Dr. Akoh noted that this year’s Eid ul Fitr celebration may be coming at a time the world is faced with serious challenges caused by the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are however sure that the fasting and supplication of our Muslim brothers and sisters worldwide in the past one month would lead to divine intervention that would curtail further spread of the Virus.

He urged all to celebrate this day with family members and be conscious of the protocol set by the Federal Government of Nigeria as well as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) by avoiding crowded places, observing social distancing, and other hygienic measures. Adding that we should use this period to advance the course of Peace and unity in our dear country Nigeria.

May this special day bring Peace, Happiness and Prosperity as well as healing to the world. Wishing all Muslims a memorable Eid celebration.

Eid ul Fitr Mubarak!
Barka de sallah
